Wheelie is a member of Generation Red introduced in Cyberpunk RED.
Biography
Born Hiroki Nishioka, Wheelie is heir to the Nishioka family who attempted to create an alternative to Kibble. Unfortunately, his parents died in a car crash, suspected to be manufactured by Continental Brands. It was in this accident he lost his arm. His brother took up the responsibility of raising him after their parents death. Wheelie was close friends with Tetra, but his association with Generation Red began through Hi-Stick with whom he shares an interest in poetry. He tries to lie low out of fear of Continental Brands searching for his families research caches.[1]
