Harriet Woodward
Harriet Woodward, aka Harry the Shrimp, is a a character introduced in the Tales of the RED: Hope Reborn sourcebook.
Biography
Harriet Woodward is a legendary con artist and grifter - she’s so skilled that most people disagree on what famous crimes she's responsible for. By 2045 she'd retired from grifting, possibly due to an agreement with several powerful people she’d wronged in the past.[1]
When the Forlorn Hope was bombed, Harry offered to sell Marianne Freeman her collection of real vintage alcohol to be served at the new location, but before she could her house was burned down.
She discovered the perpetrators was Continental Brands, who had stolen her and others alcohol collections for the Devil's Cut, a new liquor bank. She decided to come out of retirement to help a team of Edgerunners break into the Devil's Cut and steal back all the bottles for the Forlorn Hope.
After that, Harry was hired by Marianne to track down who had bombed the original Forlorn Hope. Through trading with David Ling Po, she received security footage from one of the Vendits he owned in the area showing that the bombing was perpetrated by Maelstrom members lead by Ripper and helped an Edgerunner team with getting him killed by tricking him into breaking into a Rocklin Augmentics facility.[2]
