A ripperdoc living in Dogtown. He left Night City after several clients accused him of undermining the performance of certain implants during standard procedures so that they would return for another visit. Trouble ensued. He currently works for the scavs in Terra Cognita and sometimes takes jobs from Animals. Though he may seem like a decent-enough guy, he has a habit of sticking his nose where it doesn't belong, fueled by his neuroticism. Above all, he craves peace and quiet.
