Communications Accessories are devices that assist a device with connecting to the Net.[1]

Types of Communications Accessories

Fibre-Optic Cables: Cables used by any device to access the Net or watch cable TV.

Repeaters: Amplifier circuits that are placed onto Fibre-Optic Cables at regular intervals to keep the signal strong.

Junctions: Devices that merge and direct data between multiple Fibre-Optic Cables. They are also responsible for identifying the location that a signal is being sent from.
