Alabama is a state within the United States of America.

History

1990s - 2020s

Under Braxton Lowndes, who leads the Populist Advisory Council, Alabama became a police state. Lowndes uses the Alabama State Police to repress the civil rights of the people of Alabama and nearby Florida as well.

When small earthquake struck Birmingham after complicated food rationing, damaging the city's water system and cracking the walls of two of its food rationing warehouses, looters, hungry mobs, and Lowndes' henchmen clashed in a flaming chaos.Within water, firefighters were unable to stop the flames from spreading. Several areas of the city burned, and within a week, the largest urban fire in US history had reduced Birmingham, Bessemer, and most of the other suburbs to ashes.

After the catastrophe, Lowndes arrested large numbers of looters and used them to rebuild Dothan into Alabama's "Criminal Justice City." Untold numbers of convicts have died during the project.[1]
