40-Ton 8x8 Truck (aka: OshKosh HEMTT M984A1) is a truck introduced in Neo Tribes.

Sourcebook Description

The 40-Ton 8x8 Truck is the non-articulated version of the borrowed or stolen OshKosh HEMTT M984A1 Heavy Truck. Over fifteen thousand of these trucks were manufactured for the US Army prior to the Collapse. These are Armor Recovery, MRI Support, Fuel Truck, Articulated Tractor-Trailer, and several other versions still in service. There are over two thousand five hundred examples of this vehicle present in the Nomad Nations. Several of the Nomad Nations have requested manufacturers to restart production, but unless the Army orders more, production is unlikely. Weapons are not included, but a 25mm chain gun can be attached. Other special equipment includes a Military Radio w/Scrambler, 4 x Searchlights, 4 x Smoke Launchers, built in Fire Extinguisher and Auto Pilot.
