108.0 Counting Station is a radio station in Cyberpunk RED.
Overview
Around 2045, Counting Station was well known for broadcasting plenty of Night City's urban legends. It played a number of different voices, counting in various patterns and in a variety of languages for undecipherable purposes. So far, no one had been able to determine its location.[1]
