Dillon Murphy
Dillon Murphy is a character featured in Cyberpunk.
Biography
In 2020, Dillon was a soft-spoken, twenty-one year old solo living in the Upper Eastside district of Night City. He spoke in an Irish accent and bore a striking resemblance to a certain Rory McGuire, an I.R.A. gunner from Belfast (Northern Ireland) who had escaped a maximum security prison a few years back.
While in Night City, he had already gained a reputation on the street for being a cold head and a fast .44. Behind his back, he was known as the "White Knight of Night City" due to a chivalrous streak that caused him to protect women and children, sometimes without wanting any money at all. He also had a penchant for pretty girls, especially redheads with little to no cyberware and lots of freckles.[2]
By 2045, a middle-aged Dillon was mostly the same, though rumors had it that he had married a pretty redhead and had settled down to raise a horde of children. Despite this, he could still be found on the street, protecting those in need, and usually hanging out around Holy Angels Church, where he had seemingly started a friendship with fellow Irishman Kevin Sullivan.[1]
