IR Combat Cloak

IR Combat Cloak is loose-fitting, mackintosh-style garment from Gibson Battlegear which absorbs IR emissions until the wearer can safely bleed the heat off. Then the cloak bleeds the heat in a random pattern so it does not appear to come from a human source. (-5 to Awareness/Notice when using IR.) Weight 2kg (EV2).
