Masane Tsukayama
Masane Tsukayama, or (津嘉山 正種), is a Japanese actor, seiyū and narrator from Naha, Okinawa. Originally announced as the voice actor of Saburo Arasaka at the Tokyo Game Show 2020 event, where CDPR Japan carried out a special Night City Wire for Japanese audiences where they showcased exclusive footage never seen before. It was also revealed that Tsukayama would be the only voice actor for Saburo in every language localization of the game.[1]

Masane Tsukayama was born on February 6, 1944 in Okinawa, Japan. He is an actor, known for Ulysses 31 (1981), Silk (2006), Fullmetal Alchemist (2003), and Fate Stay Night (2014). He mainly works as an actor, appearing mainly in movies and TV dramas, such as the Bayside Shakedown movies and appearing in several NHK Taiga dramas since 1968.
Masane is a notable voice actor for many anime series, one of his most famous roles was as Zouken Matou of the critically acclaimed Fate Series. As well as Igor from Persona 5 (2018). He Has also dubbed several Liam Neeson, Kevin Costner and Robert de Niro roles in Japanese, such as Qui-Gon Jinn, Zeus (Clash of the Titans series), Sam Rothstein (Casino), Robin Hood and many more.
He took over the role of Gol D. Roger in One Piece from Chikao Otsuka after Otsuka passed away in 2015. Masane has also played a main role in the Fate Stay Night Heavens Feel trilogy from 2017 to 2020. He was announced to be the main voice for Saburo Arasaka at the Tokyo Game Show 2020 event.

- Masane Tsukayama is the only voice actor for Saburo Arasaka in each language available in the game. This was a mandate from CDPR to have Saburo only speak Japanese in each version.
