Connecticut
Connecticut is a state within the New United States of America.
Overview
Due to the fallout from New York City being nuked by the South American Cartels. In 2005, it became too much for the government of Connecticut to handle and it shut down. The few cities that remain fend for themselves. It has no real economy or industry.[1]
