Richard Night Memorial Aquarium

Overview
Named after the late Richard Night, this aquarium was built by the citizens of Night City right after the ending of the Mob War in 2011. It was kept open by grants from the various corporations. The aquarium brought a fair amount of upper class visitors to Charter Hill.[1]
