Icebrothers
The Icebrothers were a gang operating in Night City.
Overview
In 2013, three Arasaka agents disguised as members of the Icebrothers gang kidnapped Alt Cunningham. Not much else is known. Though not specified, they were easily identified by their colors, and Johnny Silverhand made note of facial, African tribal tattoos, possibly hinting at the gangs background.[1][2][3]
