Dakai Scramble
Usable with NewThroat or AudioVox, this electronically alters the individual's voice, making it completely unidentifiable, but also making it sound so electronic that it cannot pass as a voice. With modifications, the voice can be "read" by a cellphone scrambler.[1][2]
