Pepe Le Pue is anti-personnel program is olfactory over-stimulation program (improved Spazz), this program stimulates the target's sense of smell with negative stimuli, i.e. the 'runner thinks something has died inside his sinuses. The program has auto re-rezz. Reduces INT and REF by 1D6/2 for 1D6+1 Net rounds. Ineffective against GloGo and "tortoises."
