Flak (Program) (2020)

Flak is protection program that creates a tremendous wall of static, blinding the attacking program and allowing the Netrunner to easily evade. Flak is very good against most programs, but it is relatively ineffective against the "Dog" series.

It has strength 4 against programs and strength 2 for Pit Bulls, Bloodhounds, Hellhounds.
