Perry Garcia
Perry Garcia is the front man for a struggling underground band, the Starving Dogs, playing the Nashville club circuit. He came here from either Night City, New York City, or whatever big city the Character who knows him originated from. He's loud, and slightly obnoxious but friendly and sincere (a rare thing in 2020). He will do whatever he can to help the characters He has a small apartment, and a beat-up grey van the Starving Dogs use to haul their equipment around. Garcia carries a large handgun for protection, mostly against radical splinter groups from Citizens for Decency. He tens scars on his from a CFD club bombing.[1]
