The MonoVision is a piece of Borgware manufactured by Kiroshi in Cyberpunk RED.

The MonoVision is an expensive Borgware with a cost of 500eb, that can only be installed at a Hospital.[1]

This replaces the user's meat eyes with a single wide-angle cyberoptic which contains 3 option slots for Cybereye options. When options are installed, they count as if they are paired. If the user has a MonoVision as the only source of sight and they suffer the Lost Eye Critical Injury, the effects are doubled.
