Jack Skorkowsky Real Estate is a corporation based out of Night City during the Time of the Red.

Overview

Established by entrepreneur and former mercenary Jack Skorkowsky, this real estate company had its offices in the Cortex Complex building of Night City. Jack worked hard to maintain his office space "working man" aesthetic without tipping over into the "a slob worked here" one. The agency owned a number of buildings all over the metropolis, including garage units or office space, as well as other former establishments that the company renovated before renting or selling them.

During the Fourth Corporate War, Jack scored a large amount of wealth that he later used to invest into property thanks to the advice of a real estate legend known as Scott Brown. With the investment becoming a success, Jack founded his own business in Night City, specializing in renting and selling properties to people who lived on the outskirts of society.[1]

In 2045, Jack helped his old friends Marianne and John Freeman to reopen the Forlorn Hope by renting one of his properties. His company was also breifly targeted by a group of Bozos that had taken a liking to Jack and his commercials.[2]
