In Cyberpunk 2077

Interstate 9 is a major southwest-northeast road that goes through Northern California.

Overview

Starting in the Santo Domingo district of Night City, I-9 stretches east across the eastern Badlands and then northeast well into NorCal. As pointed out by the signs, the freeway goes through Stateline, connecting to I-5.[1][2]

A portion of the interstate is neighboring a minefield close to the border with Southern California, which is patrolled by Militech.[1]

This highway was already present in 2045[2] and it still is in 2077.[1]
