Bloody Ritual is a Cyberpsycho Sighting in Cyberpunk 2077.

It's important to note this gig only becomes available after completing Playing for Time, and can only be started between 8pm and 5am (otherwise it'll disappear off the map if you're outside these hours). Upon arriving, V will see a massacre of bodies and entrails strewn everywhere. They question a dying Maelstrom who speaks in riddles, shortly dying. A shard is on the gang member, that when cracked, talks about a ritual, summoning the cyberpsycho Zaria Hughes from a strewn refrigerator. She is extremely quick, running towards V with her Mantis Blades. Upon defeat, the shard "The hard reset approacheth" can be looted, allowing V to contact Regina with the necessary information.

Journal Entry

Not everyone's made for Maelstrom. Some - surprise, surprise - don't take to^[sic] well to having half their face chopped off. They start hearing voices, seeing and imagining things. Then, it's enough to get their hands on a gun, and... that recipe for disaster's ready to serve.

• Search the area to collect information.
• Search the corpse. [Optional]
• Crack the ritualist's shard.
• Neutralize the threat.
• Search the corpse.
• Read the shard found on Zaria.

Notes

• One of the Maelstromers says "Lilith has concealed the tenth circle from the ancestors' eyes." These same words are said by another Maelstromer during The Prophet's Song.

Bugs

There is a chance that if V is unsuccessful cracking the shard, Zaria will spawn improperly and her shard cannot be looted.
