The Bonespike is a cyberware implant for the arms introduced in Cyberpunk 2020.

Overview

The Bonespike is a 17cm piece of sharpened vat-grown bone reinforced with polymer weave. It is implanted into the arm and can be extruded by tilting the hand upwards and flexing the arm muscles.[1]
