Air is a bar located in the Glen district of central Night City.
Overview
Air is an oxygen bar for those wealthy enough to afford fresh stuff,[1] turning 'breathing' into a commodity. It emerged as a response to the heavily polluted air of Night City.[2]
This establishment is advertised as a sterile white cube with transparent glass bars and uncomfortable brushed-steel stools. Transparent oxygen masks hang above the bar areas, and costumers can choose their blend from a touch-screen embedded in the bars themselves. It offers a curated selection of scented and purified air, and after choosing one, customers put on the mask, insert their credchip, and the air flow starts.[2]
Known Drinks
- Alpine Mountains Blend: This was Air's signature "drink" during the 2040s, costing 10eb per minute. It was 20% oxygen in nitrogen mixed with assorted herbal scents.[2]
