Pride is a Iconic variant of the Constitutional Arms Liberty in Cyberpunk 2077.

Characteristics

This iconic black and gold Liberty was the signature weapon of Rogue Amendiares.

If an enemy was recently neutralized with the Prejudice, Pride will consume no ammunition for up to 5 seconds after swapping to it.

Pride has an iconic modifier that guarantees a Critical Hit on the first shot fired from a new magazine. While the user's Health is above 75%, headshots deal an additional 250% damage, for a total of 400% additional damage.

Pride additionally has 100% additional Crit Damage and 10% additional damage against Elite enemies at all times, though magazine size is reduced by 4 rounds.

Acquisition

  • Knockin' on Heaven's Door - By grabbing the gun after the fight with Adam Smasher.
  • Ending Reward - After obtaining the Pride in aforementioned quest and finishing the game, upon returning to the "Point of No Return," you'll be rewarded with one. This unlocks the iconic weapon, and every time you finish an ending with that character, you'll receive one as long as you don't already have it in that save file.

Behind the Scenes

A powerful punch in a small package, Pride was Rogue's weapon of choice in her youth. The pistol boasts a sleek style and pure lethality in the right hands — especially those of a daring Solo. With Pride, Rogue was able to blaze her path to the top of Night City's mercs, but nowadays she uses words more often than bullets.

Notes

  • If you finish Rogue's ending getting her gun, and then do Panam's ending and let Johnny have the body, Johnny will still have Rogue's gun and deposit it in her grave, despite Rogue being still alive and appearing in the calls in the credits.
  • Pride was originally a Tsunami Nue. During For Whom the Bell Tolls, Rogue mentions a Tsunami weapon. She carries a Tsunami Nekomata for the rest of the following quests, but never uses it. Lastly, when scanning the pistol before leaving it in the niche during New Dawn Fades, the scans reads: "Pride; Rogue's Pistol; Rogue's custom Tsunami Nue." Moreover, in the interview featured in The World of Cyberpunk 2077, Rogue mentions that she's using uniquely-modded Tsunami Nue as her personal weapon.

Trivia

  • Alongside Rogue's assault rifle Prejudice, this handgun's name might be an allusion to the novel Pride and Prejudice.
