The Osprey is an Iconic Power Sniper Rifle manufactured by Nokota in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.

Characteristics

The Osprey is a sniper rifle that fires explosive rounds which deal area-of-effect damage on impact. While aiming down the scope, it fires a three-round volley, while being fully automatic from the hip.

The Osprey has an iconic modifier that causes headshots with the weapon to increase damage dealt while hip-firing by 200% for 10 seconds. Neutralizing multiple enemies increases the chance to apply a Burn by 30%. While total Burn chance is equal to or higher than 50%, also reduces reload time by 15%. Both effects last 5 seconds and can stack twice.

Classified as a Heavy Weapon, the Osprey reduces movement speed and jump height by 15% when equipped.

A large-caliber, well-balanced rifle coveted by pros and wannabes alike. This hardware sells for top-shelf prices, but because it's a weapon of choice within multiple agencies, there's little doubt it's worth every enny. Once you get your hands on one, everything else will feel like clunky scrap metal by comparison.

Acquisition

• Birds with Broken Wings - Found on a weapon case in the armory of Alena Xenakis' safe house in Dogtown.
  • If not looted during the quest, it can be retrieved later by using the back entrance to the safe house. A camera will scan V and open the door.
• Can be purchased from Herold Lowe at the EBM Petrochem Stadium if not looted from the above location.
