Forza Horizon 4

The iconic Quadra Turbo-R V-Tech was added to Forza Horizon 4 on December 8, 2020 as part of Update 30.

Death Stranding

On December 17, 2020, a free update for the PC edition of Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding was released that included six new missions featuring characters and lore from Cyberpunk 2077, as well as exclusive items and an all-new Hacking function.

  • Yaiba Kusanagi CT-3X inspired skin for the Reverse Trike that increases jumping power.
  • The Silver Hand, a wearable item inspired by Johnny Silverhand's cyber-arm.
  • New holograms including a SAMURAI symbol signboard and a Atlas Trauma Team vehicle hologram for certain constructions.
  • Several fashion items including Johnny Silverhand's sunglasses.

In Cyberpunk 2077, V can encounter a cameo appearance of Hideo Kojima at the restaurant of Konpeki Plaza during main quest "The Heist", as well as a Bridge Baby (BB Unit) container at the Night City Police Department Lab during the side quest "The Hunt."

Balatro

In Balatro's free update released on October 24, 2024 titled "Friends of Jimbo 2," added playing cards inspired by characters from Cyberpunk 2077: Johnny Silverhand as the King, Rogue as the Queen, and Jackie Welles as the Jack.

In Patch 2.2 for Cyberpunk 2077, a new hidden quest was added that requires V to collect 10 Joker cards scattered across Night City.

Finding all 10 rewards V with a unique memorabilia for their apartment in Megabuilding H10, as well as the The Joker of Night City Inner Torso item.

Fortnite

A crossover with Fortnite was teased on December 21, 2024, and became available in Fortnite on December 23, 2024, under the name "Night City Denizens Set." and would be available until January 6, 2025.

Similarly to the Epic Games Fortnite crossover, Rocket League also received a cosmetic bundle for the Quadra Turbo-R, that released on December 23, 2024 and would be available until January 6, 2025.

The bundle consists of a car body, three decal paint jobs, and wheels.
