Burning Desire

Burning Desire, also known as Night Moves, is a side job in Cyberpunk 2077.

Walkthrough

When V is on Farrier street, behind Megabuilding H10, they hear a moaning man with no pants on holding his crotch. When inquired about what is wrong, the man, Jesse Johnson, will tell V that their Mr. Studd implant is having a malfunction and that they need to visit a ripperdoc as soon as possible.

If V decides to help Jesse:

Jesse instructs V to drive him to the nearest ripperdoc clinic operated by Cassius Ryder in Northside. While on their way there, there are several roadblocks that hinder their travel.

If V manages to get to the clinic in time:

V was able to drive Jesse to Cassius's clinic in time, ensuring Jesse's survival. Jesse called V some time after the operation, letting them know the operation was successful and that they are thankful for V's help. As a reward, he transfer them a payment of 1940 eurodollars.

If V fails to get to the clinic in time:

V was unable to drive Jesse to Cassius's clinic in time, as the implant exploded during travel, causing the man to die from his injuries. A niche dedicated to Jesse was installed at the Columbarium in North Oak, Westbrook.

If V leaves Jesse:

Jesse will die from the implant's malfunction. A niche dedicated to Jesse was installed at the Columbarium in North Oak, Westbrook.

Journal Entry

That's the great thing about Night City - no chance you'll ever get bored here. Where else could you have some dude with a smoking crotch jump into your car askin' to hitch a ride? Come on, V, show some sympathy. Get this guy to a ripper before his dick explodes all over your dashboard.
