| Darius Miles | Member | A drug lord that runs a manufacture of beta acid via a lab in the Dewdrop Inn motel. Found during Suspected Organized Crime Activity (Arroyo). |
| Olga Elisabeth Longmead | Member | Wanted for kidnapping and two counts of first-degree murder. Found in New Boss, New Rules. |
| Hilary McKenna | Member | Owns an auto repair shop on Mission Street, Arroyo. Found during an Assault in Progress. |
