General Information about Cyberdecks

A cyberdeck, also known as a cybermodem, was first invented in 2005. A standard cyberdeck is about the size of a paperback book, weighs about half a kilogram, and features six interface ports. Portable Cyberdecks have internal, rechargeable power cells that can last up to 4 hours. Combat Assault Decks are designed with portability in mind, while Cellular decks connect to cellular phone networks and are efficient in developed city areas but inoperative in rural districts.
