Leo Scheransky

Leo's appearance is 25, but his real age is 73. He has a brand new body, that is a full body shell. Leo is the head of R&D, including the biowar division, but he is not a scientist; rather, he is a bureaucrat. A devout member of the local Orthodox church, Leo visits the church frequently and is accompanied everywhere by two bodyguards. He possesses cyberaudio with phone, bug detector, scrambler, micro-recorder, and 2 sockets.

Hackatomy

Hackatomy is a Smart Weapon Mod in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. Installing this modification gives a 5% chance to apply a Tier 4 quickhack effect, which varies depending on the body part hit: Head, Arms, Legs, Torso. The quickhack effects include Reboot Optics for the Head, Weapon Glitch for the Arms, Cripple Movement for the Legs, and Cyberware Malfunction for the Torso. This modification can be unequipped and is automatically unequipped when disassembling, selling, or dropping the weapon.

Cyberware Malfunctions

Cyberware Malfunctions is a Control Quickhack in Cyberpunk 2077. It is a Tier 2 control quickhack that disables enemy cyberware for 10 seconds and increases all damage the enemy receives by 5%. The Tier 3 variant allows the effect to stack up to 3 times, and at 2 stacks, it permanently disables enemy cyberware. The Tier 4 variant causes Electrical damage over time if affected by 3 stacks, with the maximum amount of stacks increasing to 5. The Tier 5 variant increases the maximum stacks to 8 and deals high Electrical damage.

Weapon Glitch

Weapon Glitch is a Control Quickhack in Cyberpunk 2077. It is a Tier 2 control quickhack that jams enemy weapons for 14 seconds, reducing enemy accuracy and disabling Smart-targeting systems. The Tier 3 variant extends the duration of Weapon Glitch when using Smart weapons, while the Tier 4 variant detonates the enemy's primary weapon. The Tier 5 variant grants a 6% Crit Chance with Smart Weapons, which can stack up to 5 times for a total of 30%.
