During the job ''[[The Rescue]]'', [[Jackie Welles]], [[T-Bug]], and [[V (character)|V]] infiltrate a Scav hideout to find Sandra submerged in an ice-filled tub to preserve her organs for harvesting.  

V removes the chip, triggering a cardiac arrest, and is forced to use an airhypo to revive her. Trauma Team eventually arrives on scene by AV, extracting Sandra on a med-stretcher and leaving V and Jackie behind.<ref name="Rescue">[[The Rescue]]</ref>

Sandra later recovers and quietly returns to corporate life. However, her abduction coincided with her stealing highly classified Night Corp data. She had uncovered details of a secret AI program, internally called ''[[Operation Carpe Noctem]]'', and saved them to a [[data shard]]. This shard was lost during her kidnapping and ended up back in Scav hands.

Sometime after her recovery, [[Wakako Okada]] contacts V on Sandra’s behalf, initiating the side job ''[[Full Disclosure]]''. Sandra tasks V with retrieving the encrypted databank. Her instructions are precise: do not tamper with the shard, and deliver it promptly and safely.
