Mower is a fairly tough opponent. In addition to punches that cause fire damage, she can also electrify the water you are standing in, causing damage. She also uses a submachine gun if you're not interested in slugging it out with her and choose to stay out of the water. As her health gets low, she will also use [[Optical Camo]]. Like the other Cyberpsycho Sighting gigs, you have the option to take her down using non-lethal methods for a bonus.

Once you've taken Mower down, read the shard she drops to learn about her problems and Militech's response to them, then send the info to Regina.

*The scene of the fight is most likely a reference to the fight scene near the beginning of the 1995 movie ''[[wikipedia:Ghost in the Shell (1995 film)|Ghost in the Shell]]'', with Mower standing in for Motoko Kusanagi. Both fights take place on a wide but shallow pool of water in an urban environment. Both Mower and Kusanagi share visual similarities, have military ranks, are part of a special unit, possess military grade combat implants notably including Optical Camouflage, and fight with hand-to-hand combat.
