The '''Nomad Smartwhip''' is a melee weapon. This device uses myomer technology and neural interface to create a very dangerous weapon derived from a bullwhip.

Part of the weapon can be made to flex or be rigid on command (and if the tip becomes rigid while traveling 100 kph, it really hurts when it hits).
