Very little is known about Grayson, other than that he is a close associate of [[Adam Smasher]], doing all kinds of [[mercenary]] work for [[Arasaka]].

As a gesture of appreciation for a particular job, Smasher gifted him [[Johnny Silverhand]]'s [[Malorian Arms 3516 (2077)|Malorian Arms 3516]].<ref name="Chippin">[[Chippin' In (quest)]]</ref>

In [[2077]], Smasher assigned him to guard his shipping vessel, the [[DV Ebunike]], which is moored at the [[Northside (2077)|Northside]] docks.<ref name="CP2077">{{RefCP|2077}}</ref>

[[Aymeric Cassel]], a classic car collector enthusiast, visited Night City in 2077 after Grayson offered the [[Porsche 911 Turbo]] to him.<ref>[[Firestarter]] (If V disguises as Aymeric Cassel)</ref> Unfortunately for Aymeric, it was around that time when [[V (character)|V]] and [[Rogue Amendiares]] assaulted the docks to find information about Smasher, but instead they ended up finding Grayson. He had the [[Old Access Card|keys]] to the car and V obtained them.<ref name="Chippin" />
