==Biography==
Brandon Frost is a member of the [[Maelstrom]]. He guards [[HeavenMed]] clinic in [[Northside (2077)|Northside]], where Maelstrom initiation procedures (i.e., occular implants) are performed. After killing him, V can loot two conversation shards from him (see below).<ref>[[Gig: Rite of Passage]]</ref>

A few years prior, Brandon had several [[Animals]] cast alive in concrete at an abandoned dock and made an [[XBD]] out of it.
