Pretty much anything that is not confirmed by CDPR, R. Talsorian, or Mike Pondsmith should not be in the trivia section. So if it directly said somewhere online that a certain character was based off of say Homer Simpson by either of the people of CDPR or R. Talsorian then it is something we can add to the Trivia section. However just if an observation is made that a character vaguely resembles another character from some other media without confirmation, then it doesn't qualify as trivia.
