Hey there, thanks for helping out, the wiki doesnt support translated languages anymore (i am sure they used to have the option), what is prefered is the article is posted on the german language wiki and linked to at the bottom of the page. 

Here is the link to the german language wiki for Cyberpunk 2077. If you like, you can re-create the page you translated over there, or get in contact with that wiki admin for help regarding it. We can then link the translated page at the bottom of the page, for an example, take at look at the bottom of the Johnny Silverhand page.
