Personally i dislike the idea of tabbed pages similar to the star wars way of doing things. I Think pointless seperation of pages with tabs will just hide information, whereas headings on a page will be a lot better. Honestly, i think the weapon stats are also unnecessary, and may even border on copyright infringment, whats the point in buying the books if you can just look it up on the Wiki.
When it comes to canon vs non canon, the only things up in the air at the moment is the story of V3.0 and the specifics around the firestorm series. Also as 2077 is a direct continuation of 2020 (and 2013 and red and so on), having areas for the lore related specifically to that one game is also pointless too. Really pages should read like " Intro > Profile > History > 2013 > 2020 > 2077 > Images etc
Having those headings should be enough, and i do not think there should be an issue with the length of pages, we are editing a wikia at the end of the day, if its a long and complex subject matter, then it should reflect that on the page. By all means, if a character comes up in the article, do not pointlessly spend paragraphs explaining his character.
The split between real world and in game should be very clear. In terms of history and lore, do not assume and speculate based on real events/people/locations etc. If there is minimal information, state that. If you are doing something on a subject such as the US Govt, only write what is written about. Do not assume the big 4 operate like their real life counterparts.
