Hi, sorry for the Delay. Just had a quick flick through the page, and looks bloody good and well up to standards. For the template issue, i do belive anybody can edit them freely. If you cannot, i will look into it for you, some definetly need sprucing up, as some were left over from the previous team, and others i have copied pretty much directly from the Metro Wikia, of which i am a part of.
Categories were mostly done earlier this year by a wikia staff member, however i think it was more of a general tidy up and ensuring subcategories were done properly. If you have any idea, please let me know and we can look into it as well.
My stance on real world vs gameplay vs lore isnt fully decided yet. As we have seen very little gameplay from 2077 we cannot go off of that info yet, and things like difficulties will change things further (e.g weapon damage based on actual etc etc). When it comes to real world info, it all depends on the subject. So for things like the USA article you did, i would ensure it reflects the sourcebooks and games first and foremost, where information is not given, then you can spectulate in the article how it is based on real life. If no history or background exists, then i would say that, rather than include real world information (e.g the history of the CIA or something along those lines).
Hope this helps.
