Hi Anon Fandom User, in responce to your earlier question, i have begun an overhaul on this page. The Mars mission took place in 2009, and reached mars in 2011, this mission was a joint one between the ESA and the Soviets. The Jupiter mission was just the ESA and took place in 2018. The source for both of these can be found in the Cyberpunk 2020 version 2.01 handbook, on page 178 and 179.  Additionally in the Deep Space Book, there is an unmanned ESA mission to Jupiter in 2018, as well as a Jupiter NASA mission in 2023, which arrives in 2025. in 2021 Nasa builds a base on Mars and in 2022 ESA/Sov build a colony on mars known as Isidis base. These are on pages 8 and 9 of Deep Space
