Synapse Burnout is a powerful combat quickhack featured in Cyberpunk 2077, known for its high damage output and unique mechanics.

Overview

Synapse Burnout is a Tier 3 combat quickhack that deals high Physical damage. The damage increases by 10% for each RAM unit spent, up to a maximum of 300%. All variants of Synapse Burnout can be obtained through Breach Protocol, and a crafting spec can be purchased from Netrunners.

Variants

The quickhack has several tiers: - The Tier 4 variant reduces RAM cost by 2 for 15 seconds after use. - The Tier 5 variant increases the maximum damage bonus while Overclock is activated by 100%. If an enemy is neutralized while Overclock is active, the duration is extended by 3 seconds.

Gameplay Mechanics

In combat, Synapse Burnout reduces enemy accuracy and disables enemy cyberware for 10 seconds, increasing all damage against the affected enemy by 5%. At maximum stacks, enemy cyberware overloads, dealing massive damage.
