Kenichi Zaburo
Kenichi Zaburo is a character in the Cyberpunk universe.
Biograhpy
Early Life
Kenichi Zaburo became a highly trained and skilled solo who was contracted by Arasaka.[1]
At some point, Zaburo was relocated to Night City, where CEO Kei Arasaka assigned him to be the personal bodyguard of his 4 year-old daughter Michiko.[1]
Over the years, Kenichi kept protecting Kei's daughter, though he also gained a very reputable name due to his solo skills and superb swordsmanship. The man who was considered the best solo of 2020, Morgan Blackhand, saw Kenichi as his rival in that field.[2][3][4]
2025 - 2040s
After the Fourth Corporate War, Arasaka was expelled from North America, however, Ken remained loyal to Michiko Arasaka and stayed behind as her personal bodyguard. Zaburo accompanied Michiko in her journey as CEO of Danger Gal. No longer sporting any Arasaka branding, Kenichi acted as Michiko's shadow, always behind her, but not as visible as he had been in the past.
By the 2040s, Kenichi Zaburo was still as formidable as ever, known as a sword master and the only man who could have taken on Morgan Blackhand and battled him to a draw.[1][4]
