Aldecaldo Camp (RED)

Overview
During the 2040s, this large Aldecaldos campsite was a semi-permanent enclave[1] found on the southeastern outskirts of Night City, but still within the borders of Santo Domingo. Sitting at the base of the dam, this location heavily influenced the rest of the district, though by 2045 the Aldecaldo's power was beginning to wane.[2] Although mostly populated by Aldecaldos, this multi-cultural encampment catered to other nomads as well.[3] The entrances to the campsite were always guarded, and only people vouched by other nomads could access it. Once inside, however, the nomads treated visitors like one more of the family, providing anything they would need such as food, medical aid, a place to rest, and more.[4]
Nomads used this location to ran an expansive trade and transport network, hiring themselves out to guide people across the surrounding Badlands and transport goods to almost anywhere. Despite the fact nomads controlled many entry points into the city, the Aldecaldo Camp was the preferred location for doing business.[3]
